Hello! 

Educationally I hold a Doctoral degree in Psychology from California Southern University. Prior to that I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (Walden University) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mount Allison University. I have worked in Mental Health and Addictions as well as the public school system prior to moving to private practice. I am also a part-time faculty member at Yorkville University, teaching in their MACP (Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology) program. On a professional learning level, I receive regular supervision as I continue to evolve in my clinical practice.

In my spare time I enjoy being around the water; kayaking and swimming in the summer, as well as going for walks and snowshoeing in the winter. I balance that with spending time with family and friends.

In our time working together my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to talk and make the changes and gains that you are hoping to make. I will use a person centered approach and will base this in a solution focused treatment modality. I will be taking on adult clients (18+) for short term solution focused treatment (6 to 12 sessions).

My areas of specialty include anxiety and stress. 

Fees: 120/hr plus GST (138.00)
